💡 Value-Add Requirement: You must incorporate the footage into a larger creative work. The footage should be a component of your final product, not the entire product itself.

❌ Prohibited Uses

• Resale/Redistribution: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sublicense the footage
• Stock Libraries: You may NOT upload footage to other stock footage sites
• Templates for Sale: You may NOT sell templates, presets, or projects containing our footage
• NFTs/Crypto: You may NOT mint footage as NFTs or use in blockchain projects
• Standalone Product: You may NOT sell the footage as-is without adding significant creative value
• Defamatory Use: You may NOT use in a way that is defamatory, pornographic, or illegal
• Trademark/Logo: You may NOT use footage to create competing trademarks or logos

Multiple Project Use

Each purchase licenses the footage for one project/end-use. If you want to use the same footage in multiple different projects, best practice is to purchase it separately for each project.

Example: If you purchase footage for a client's Instagram ad, and later want to use the same footage for a different client's YouTube video, you should purchase the footage again.

License Duration

This is a perpetual license – you can use the footage in your project forever. However, if your project changes significantly, a new license is required.
